How to Make It
Ingredients
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded provolone
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
- 1/4 lb ground beef
- 1/4 lb ground pork
- 2 oz pancetta, diced
- 3 slices bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 medium fresh tomato, thinly sliced
- 1/2 bell pepper, sliced into rings
- 1/4 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 jalapeño, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and halved
- 1/4 cup white onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup yellow onion, diced
- 1 shallot, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp ground parmesan
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp ranch dressing
- 2 tbsp garlic butter
- 1 tbsp BBQ sauce
DoughUse 1 pound of store-bought or homemade sourdough pizza dough. Let it sit at room temperature for at least 1 hour before stretching to a 14-inch round.
SauceSpread the pizza sauce evenly across the dough, leaving a 1-inch border for the crust.
- 1Preheat your oven with a pizza stone inside to 500°F (260°C) for at least 45 minutes.
- 2In a large skillet, brown the ground beef, ground pork, pancetta, and bacon over medium heat until cooked through. Drain excess fat and set aside.
- 3Stretch your dough on a piece of parchment paper or a floured pizza peel. Brush the 1-inch outer edge with the garlic butter.
- 4Apply the pizza sauce, then layer half of the provolone and cheddar cheeses.
- 5Distribute the pepperoni, cooked beef, pork, pancetta, and bacon evenly over the cheese.
- 6Add the mushrooms, fresh tomatoes, bell peppers, pineapple, jalapeños, artichoke hearts, white onion, yellow onion, shallots, and black olives.
- 7Top with the remaining cheese and a drizzle of olive oil. Slide the pizza onto the hot stone.
- 8Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling and slightly charred.
- 9Remove from the oven and immediately garnish with fresh basil, green onions, and chives.
- 10Finish by drizzling the ranch and BBQ sauce in a zig-zag pattern, then sprinkle with ground parmesan and red pepper flakes before slicing.

Chef's Tip
Because this pizza has many high-moisture toppings like tomatoes and pineapple, ensure you drain the artichokes and pineapple thoroughly on paper towels to prevent a soggy crust.
