How to Make It
Ingredients
- 1 cup Arrabbiata sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded Provolone
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar
- 1/2 cup shredded Pepper Jack
- 1/4 cup Ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked, shredded Chicken breast
- 1/2 cup browned Ground Beef
- 1/2 cup sliced Mushrooms
- 1/4 cup sliced Jalapeños
- 2 tablespoons Ground Parmesan
- 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 2 tablespoons melted Garlic Butter
- 2 tablespoons BBQ Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha
- 1 tablespoon Hot Sauce
DoughUse a 16-ounce ball of classic Neapolitan-style dough. Allow it to sit at room temperature for 1 hour before stretching into a 14-inch circle on a floured surface.
SauceApply the Arrabbiata sauce evenly starting from the center and spiraling outward, leaving a 1-inch border for the crust.
- 1Preheat your oven to 500°F (260°C) with a pizza stone inside for at least 45 minutes.
- 2Stretch your dough and place it on a piece of parchment paper or a floured pizza peel.
- 3Brush the outer edge of the dough with the melted Garlic Butter for a savory, golden crust.
- 4Spread the Arrabbiata sauce over the dough, followed by a blended layer of Provolone, Cheddar, and Pepper Jack cheeses.
- 5Distribute the shredded Chicken, browned Ground Beef, Mushrooms, and Jalapeños evenly across the cheese layer.
- 6Place small dollops of Ricotta cheese throughout the pizza to create creamy cooling pockets.
- 7Transfer the pizza to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes until the crust is charred and the cheese is bubbling.
- 8Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle with Ground Parmesan and Red Pepper Flakes.
- 9Drizzle the BBQ Sauce, Sriracha, and Hot Sauce in a cross-hatch pattern over the entire pizza.
- 10Let rest for 3 minutes before slicing to allow the sauces and cheeses to set.
